Welke Finance Manger zoeken wij voor een internationale organisatie in regio Den Bosch? Jij bent veelzijdig en neemt graag de touwtjes in handen. Je bent op je best in een brede, zelfstandige rol waarin je een klein en jong team aanstuurt, maar zelf ook niet vies bent om zelf met je voeten in de modder te staan. Je rapporteer en adviseert zonder problemen aan een directie. Dynamiek is je niet vreemd, jij houdt wel van een internationale omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is.

Als Finance Manager ben jij in staat te schakelen in alle lagen van de organisatie, beschik je over een flinke dosis organisatie sensitiviteit en adviseer jij graag vanuit je expertise met een frisse blik. Zaken opmerken, oplossen en nieuwe ideeen implementeren of adviseren is je tweede natuur. Finance is meer dan puur cijfers. In deze rol ben verantwoordelijk voor een juiste en tijdige financiële rapportage, hier zal je ook het een en ander aan moeten verbeteren. Daarnaast heb je twee medewerkers die je dagelijks aanstuurt (crediteuren en controller) en val je hiërarchisch onder de algemeen directeur.

• Verantwoordelijk voor maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrapportages en afsluitingen;
• Optimaliseren van control framework;
• Ondersteunen  van de business controller bij analyseren van omzet, kosten en resultaten;
• Verantwoordelijk voor het volledig jaarwerk en overleg met accountants;
• Samenstellen van budgetten en prognoses
• Cashflow en betalingen toezicht;
• Optimaliseren van ERP toepassing;
• Proactief signaleren van optimalisatie mogelijkheden. 

Voor een organisatie, dat zich met name bezig houdt met het verhuren van woningen, zijn we op zoek naar een Project Controller met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring. In deze rol ben je de sparringpartner van de projectmanagers en vorm je het financiële geweten. Daarnaast heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

– Je adviseert gevraagd en ongevraagd het management over projectontwikkelingen rondom investeringen, rendementen, prognoses en risicobeheersing;
– Jouw adviezen moeten zorgen voor verantwoorde investeringsbesluiten of het bijsturen daarvan;
– Het beleid en de richtlijnen worden binnen het financiële vlak op een juiste wijze geïmplementeerd;
– Je legt de projectplanning en de financiën op een betrouwbare manier vast, waardoor bedrijfsdoelstellingen behaald kunnen worden;
– Je controleert de werkzaamheden van leden uit je team.

For one of our international clients we are recruiting a Manager Accounting to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting manager responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information. You’re a member of the Finance & Control team and report directly to the Manager Finance & Control. 

Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department (5 direct reports) including:
•month and end-year process
•Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
•Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
•Coordinate and complete annual audits
•Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
•Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
•Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

The Business Controller provides the Financial Director and Management team with valuable reports and insight into the business to support operational and strategic decision making. You are responsible for preparing, developing and analyzing management accounting information and delivering high quality reports providing insights in key business drivers. Next to that you manage the control and finance team.
You have affinity to create, review and improve business processes independently.
Similarly, you interpret results and identify trends proactively, highlight issues, and work in partnership with the business to plan appropriate actions. Considering the size of the business, generally you have a high involvement into various aspects of the business. You will be the head of the finance and control department of 8Fte and report direct to the Director of Finance
 

• Responsible for the European monthly financial reporting activities including P&L analysis, profitability analysis, country reporting and factory cost analysis
• Responsible for the financial planning, budget and forecasting. Contributes to the long-term plans
• Prepares and analysis monthly financial reporting package to management team within closing time table
• Supports with the further development of commercial controlling including trade spend analysis and control, marketing expenditures and effectiveness of the commercial activities
• Interprets data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to identify risks & opportunities
• Ad-hoc financial analysis and calculations to support decision making in various areas like Sales, Operations etc.
• Assist with the assessment of processes and systems and improvement initiatives to advance the transactional and financial reporting effectiveness, including strengthening the quality of our reporting and analysis
• Assist with the financial set-up once new markets are entered into
• Assists and helps with capex investment cases, new contracts, business cases, new product introductions
• Maintains close relationships with the commercial teams and grows into the business partnering role
• Manager of the Finance and Control department (5 direct reports – 3 indirect)

• Het onderbouwen van de boekhoudkundige processen en het verzorgen van de periodeafsluitingen;
• Ondersteunen bij het analyseren van de periodieke managementrapportages;
• Je bewaakt en beheert een juiste cashplanning en -control en communiceert hier intern over.

Het bestaande credit management – proces gaan wij naar een hoger niveau tillen. Het huidige proces biedt ruimte voor efficiëntie – en automatiseringsslagen. De uitdaging in een notendop:

• Verantwoordelijk voor alle lopende (B2B) credit management – activiteiten voor verschillende BV’s
• Verantwoordelijk voor procesverbetering, automatisering en innovatie binnen het werkgebied; Kansen zien, initiëren van verbetermogelijkheden, ideeën opdoen en uitvoeren, vertalen van de afdelingswensen naar ICT – oplossingen

For one of our international clients in Budel we are recruiting a Financial Accountant for the accounting of the hed office. The company is currently forming a European hq in Budel. In this position you will be the link between the finance team and the operational activities in the entities (8). As a financial accountant you will report to the Finance Manager in Budel.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the accurate, complete accounting and timely closing of the accounts of the Head office accounting, the finance entity and other corporate entities
• Ensure timely and efficient monthly Financial Statements Closing Process
• Accountable for back up on other accountant
• Is, within the different entities, responsible for master data in SAP relating to internal orders, cost centers, G/L accounts,vendors, capital expenditures.
• Support the Finance Manager in different accounting related projects (e.g. ERP related)
• Support SAP end users

Deze fulltime functie start z.s.m. en zal ongeveer 3-4 maanden duren (uitloop mogelijk). Wij zijn op zoek naar crediteurenbeerder met ervaring en iemand die zich thuis voelt in een informele doch professionele omgeving binnen een internationale organisatie. Aangezien het Accounts Payable proces via SAP gaat, is het een eis dat je ervaring in hebt. Wij zijn opzoek naar iemand die op zeer korte termijn kan beginnen.

De belangrijkste dagelijkse werkzaamheden zijn:

• Uitzoeken facturen die niet matchen in het systeem
• Het waar nodig aanvullen / corrigeren van informatie / coderingen
