Transparent Group BV, the data mining company, announces its secured funding from RiverRock European Opportunities Fund.
Purpose of the funding is to accelerate its ambitious growth strategy on a global scale, fund the new and innovative Supplier financing company “Proquidity” and to embark on an active acquisition path.
Growth
Transparent has grown since its founding on average between 40% and 60% year over year. The company has set course to achieve even higher exponential growth in the years to come, through investments in its current workforce, sales, new and exciting software tools and multiple acquisitions. RiverRock EOF is the perfect partner to facilitate these goals.
R&D
The secured funding will also accelerate and amplify Transparent´s R&D projects, resulting in even more plug-and-play software tools for advanced and complex real time data analysis, from which their clients will benefit greatly. Furthermore, the R&D projects in place have already shown great potential for adding new services to the company’s core business, creating opportunities for horizontal growth. The project titled “Proquidity” – aimed at facilitating alternative financing opportunities for suppliers globally – is expected to be launched later this year.
